Yes, to create or join games against random opponents online select 'Ranked' or 'Casual' mode.

Choose which map you want to play and continue to the next screen. On this screen there will be a range of options including “Manual Placement”, you can choose to have this On or Off.

Choose which map you want to play and continue to the next screen. On this screen there will be a range of options including “Turn Timer”, choose the duration you would like (60s, 90s, 120s, 3m and 5m).
How do I change the computer players' difficulty?
Choose which map you want to play and continue to the next screen. On this screen there will be a range of options including “AI Difficulty”, choose which difficulty you would like the AI to be.
How do I speed up dice rolling during battles?
In battle mode, tap the dice arrows and choose "Blitz". This will instantly resolve a battle as if you had continually attacked until either all of your attacking troops or the opponent's defending troops are wiped out.
How do I change the Territory card bonus rules?

How are the dice rolling odds calculated for computer players?
RISK does not modify dice rolling odds in favour of computer players in any of the difficulty settings. In technical terms, one of the most widely used pseudorandom number generators (PRNG) is used to randomize all dice rolls. Keep in mind, in the case of a tie where the attacker's and defender's dice are the same, the defender always wins.
How do I join a multiplayer game?
For online multiplayer modes 'Casual' and 'Ranked', each player will need their own mobile device (Android, iOS) or Apple TV with the RISK application installed. In 'Casual - Private' you have 3 ways to join:
- Enter your friend's Game ID.
- If you're RISK friends with the host, they can send you a game invite.
- If you have opted in to detecting local WiFi games, and are connected to the same local WiFi network, the RISK app should automatically detect and list your friend's game.
Can I play against friends on one device?
Yes, select 'Pass & Play' mode to play 2-6 friends on one device (Apple TV, mobile, tablet).
I can't find my friend's game
Make sure you're both connected as friends in the RISK game. Alternatively, join the game using your friend's Game ID. Players can enable "Find local games" in the Settings menu to automatically detect games on their local network.
How do I restore purchases on iOS?
To restore purchases (iOS only), select the 'Restore Purchases' button at the bottom of the Settings screen.
I've already signed up with a social account, how do I create a RISK profile name?
- Open the RISK app on your device (mobile, tablet or Apple TV)
- Go to Settings
- Select ‘Add RISK profile’ to create a new one
It's recommended that you create a password as well to log in to other platforms using your RISK profile.
Is there a way for me to predict the outcome of a battle?
Yes, there is! We've rolled out a feature that displays the percentage of chance that you can use to determine whether or not the odds are in your favour.
This feature is only applicable to players using blitz dice and for battles with less than 100 troops.
